What this covers
This policy describes what information this site collects when you browse it, create an account, buy a course or contact us.
Information collected
Account information you provide (name, email, phone). Course activity such as lessons viewed and progress. Order and payment records. Device records used to limit account sharing. Messages you send through the contact form.
Payment information
Card details are entered on the payment provider's own hosted checkout and are never received or stored by this site. We store the provider's transaction reference, the amount and the status.
How information is used
To give you access to what you bought, to keep your progress, to support you, to prevent account sharing and fraud, and to meet accounting obligations.
Analytics and measurement
When configured, this site loads Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Both set cookies and report page views and interactions to their providers, who may use that data to measure and target advertising. Neither is loaded at all when the corresponding setting is empty. You can block them with your browser's tracking protection or an extension without losing access to anything you bought.
Sharing
Information is shared with the infrastructure providers required to run the service — hosting, database and authentication, video delivery, and the payment provider. It is not sold.
Your choices
You can update your profile, revoke a device, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some records, such as completed orders, are retained where accounting rules require it.
