A nutrition and weight-management doctor who started with one clinic in Kafr El Sheikh. In three years, fourteen branches — including Sheikh Zayed, Tagamoa and Mivida, and one in Jeddah.

Not Cairo, and not a market where people were already searching for the name. A good doctor in a provincial city, and that was that.
In nutrition and weight management the competition is not on the service — it is on being believed. Anyone can run an ad promising weight loss. The hard part is being trusted enough that someone starts with you, and stays until they see a result.
So the work was not scaling ads. It was building a name strong enough to travel — from one city to another, and from one market to another.
Outcome
In three years: from one clinic to fourteen branches — a new one roughly every ten weeks. From Kafr El Sheikh to Sheikh Zayed, Tagamoa and Mivida — Cairo's most expensive districts. And then out of Egypt: a branch in Jeddah. The same name and the same system, in completely different markets, with completely different people.
