A supplements brand still finding its footing. Six months and EGP 180,000 of ad spend later: 1,562 orders and EGP 2,339,019 collected — a 13x return.

From startup to a brand with a sales system
When we started, the brand was a startup in the supplements market. The product existed. The ambition existed. Confidence in marketing did not. The client had tried before — spent, changed direction, worked with more than one approach — without a system they could point at and say: this is what actually grows the brand. So the first meeting was not about ads or campaigns. It was about a simpler and more important question: how do you turn a startup into a brand with a real sales system?

Challenge

The client had spent, experimented and worked with several directions without a system they could point at and say “this is what actually grows the brand”. The question that needed answering was not “how do we run a good campaign” — it was “can this brand work at all”.

Approach

We started at the base: positioning, how the products were presented, the customer experience, the offers, the website, creative direction, media buying, the customer journey from first ad to delivered order, and the numbers every decision would be measured against. The goal was never a successful campaign. The goal was a growth system.

Outcome

Over six months, on EGP 180,000 of ad spend: • EGP 2,339,019 total cash collected — a 13x return • 1,562 orders: 557 through the online store, the rest placed by message • EGP 826,574 of that in direct website sales • EGP 1,381.35 average website order value • 15.31% returning customer rate • EGP 115 in advertising per order Every order — website or message — came from advertising. There was no other channel. The point is not that we ran a good campaign. The point is that a startup asking “can this work?” had, six months later, numbers, customers, orders, data, and a system to build the next stage on. The client did not need someone to spend more budget. They needed someone who knew how to turn budget into business.
